Helpertainment for Xfinity

For many big telecoms, “technical support” and “customer support” are often oxymorons. So in 2016 we helped Comcast launch a first-of-its-kind program, Helpertainment, a unique content platform with tips, tricks and hacks to help Xfinity customers get the most out of their service.

Helpful (yet entertaining) tutorials were created to break-down complicated tech laden troubleshooting methods, all done in charming and memorable ways. Topics were data driven, selected from the highest customer repeat call list, and intuitive SEO optimization ensured that our solutions met the audience in their time of need.

Tiny Techs

When it comes to technical how-to’s, no one brings big tech problems down to size like the Tiny Techs. We partnered with famed stop motion creators Bent to bring our little Xfinity employee’s to life.

 

 

Hacks of Life

Designed for social media, these quick videos used humorous caught-on-tape moments to illustrate challenging life-isms easily hacked by Xfinity features and services.


Pictorials

Way-finding themed graphic tutorials take users through scroll-friendly step-by-step instructions. Adding a little bit of imagination and fun to the tutorial experience.

Short-form and social media ready articles that get straight to the point. Using humorous juxtapositions and “so-bad-its-great” stock photography each article aims to edu-tain readers about Xfinity best practices and product features.
